ATB's Wine Barrel Bourbon Whiskey

True to its name, this straight bourbon whiskey was finished in French Oak Cabernet Sauvignon barrels from Browne Family Vineyards. The high-quality grains that are grown and milled by local Washington farmers contribute to this complex, tannin-rich bourbon whiskey.  

Aroma: Sweet dried fruits, cherries, pomegranates, caramel, old oak, tobacco, and Cabernet Sauvignon tannins tie neatly in the nose.

Taste: Juicy, leathery dried fruit and rich baking spice notes.

Finish: Heavy Cabernet Sauvignon tannins leave the mouth feeling both moist and dry.

Mash Bill: 80% Corn, 12% Malted Barley, 8% Rye.

Aged: Minimum 2 years.
